Speaking of the new venue, Bauder said: “The new Service Centre, occupying a space of more than 12,700 sqft, three times the previous one, now houses 20 watchmakers, each and every single one of them professionally trained in Geneva with regular revisits for updates. At full capacity, there will be a total of 34 watchmakers in residence, a noteworthy and crucial illustration of the Patek Philippe Seal and a long-term commitment the company is making to after sales service in Hong Kong.”

The Swiss watchmaker’s authorised service centre, which is now open to the public, is  located at 11/Fl, Yue Hwa International Building, 1 Kowloon Park Drive, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Opening hours are Monday to Fridays 09:30am to 05:15pm. For enquiries please call (852) 2317 7312.
