A lifelong aficionado of horseracing and breeding thoroughbreds, Winfred Engelbrecht-Bresges serves as the CEO of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. He is concurrently Chairman of the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, the world’s highest racing authority, and a member of the Executive Council of the Asian Racing Federation. A man of many talents, the University of Cologne alum was appointed a Justice of Peace in 2009 and also oversaw the 2008 Olympics equestrian events.

Mergers & Acquisitions, Eu Yan Sang International Previously an M&A associate in the private equity field, Richie Eu, a fifth-generation scion of the owning family of Eu Yan Sang, joined the family business in 2015. The Babson College graduate was appointed the Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions in September 2019, and he now oversees a range of M&A deals that can generate profit for the organisation and hopes to make the business more accessible to younger generations.
